These stainless steel intake valves feature a unique treatment to reduce friction and resist corrosion. They sit in the cylinder head and control the fuel-air mixture entry. Stock valves can stretch or tulip over time, especially in high-revving four-strokes. This leads to lost compression and difficult starting. These one-piece forgings offer better stability than two-piece OEM designs. Check your valve seats for wear before installation. Lapping may be required to ensure a perfect seal.
