This titanium exhaust valve is a direct replacement for OEM 12005-0761 on your KX250F. It handles the extreme exit temperatures of a race-tuned four-stroke while keeping the valvetrain light. When your valve clearances start to tighten up every few hours, the factory coating has likely failed. Swapping to this fresh component restores the factory power curve and starting reliability. Do not attempt to lap this valve. Professional seat cutting is required to ensure the face seals perfectly against the head.
