This titanium intake valve sits in the cylinder head of your YZ250F. It controls the fuel-air mixture entering the combustion chamber. Titanium valves are lightweight for high-RPM performance but wear at the face over time. Check your clearances regularly. If the valve starts to cup or the stem stretches, replacement is mandatory to avoid a dropped valve. Ensure your valve seats are cut correctly before installation. This is a standard diameter fitment for the 2019 onwards top-end. Use new seals and springs to maintain proper tension and sealing during your next rebuild.
