This lever replaces a bent or snapped original on your handlebar. It interfaces with the master cylinder to actuate the front brake circuit. Levers are a common failure point in crashes, even with handguards fitted. The black finish provides a clean look for your cockpit. Ensure the pivot bolt is greased and the return spring is seated correctly during installation. Check for smooth travel and full release before riding. This is a direct replacement for the factory unit.
