Modern pump fuel kills carburettors. Ethanol degrades the rubber O-rings and gaskets, leading to leaks and poor idling. This kit replaces those perished seals with fuel-resistant Viton components. You get the specific jets, needles, and float valves required to return your fuelling to OEM specification. It is a direct fix for bikes that have been sitting or suffer from erratic throttle response. Clean the carb body thoroughly before installation to prevent debris from blocking the new brass. Always reset your float height after fitting the new needle to ensure correct bowl levels.
