Ethanol-heavy pump fuel eventually perishes internal rubber seals and clogs fine jet orifices. This kit replaces those worn components to restore precise fuel metering and eliminate air leaks. It includes the float bowl gasket, O-rings, jets, and the float needle valve. Every component matches OEM specifications for a direct fitment. Strip and clean the carb body thoroughly before assembly to ensure no debris remains in the galleries. Check your float height against the workshop manual during the rebuild. This is standard maintenance for any bike that has been sitting or is struggling with erratic idling.
