The choke plunger controls the enrichment circuit for cold starts. It sits within the carburettor body and is prone to seizing if the bike is washed frequently or stored in damp conditions. A worn rubber tip on the plunger causes the bike to run rich even when the choke is off. This kit replaces the plunger, spring, and cap to ensure a proper seal. It is a model-specific fitment designed to meet OEM tolerances. Replace this if you notice a heavy fuel smell or fouled plugs during normal riding.
