At 4.4 N/mm these match riders in the 75-85kg bracket on a 41mm fork — Beta RR 125 and 250, KX250, RM-Z250 — running hard pack and rutted loam. Drop the fork legs, swap the springs, set your sag, and the front end stops diving into braking bumps. The bike turns flatter, holds a line through chop, and quits packing down on stutter sections. Fit them as a pair. Mismatched rates pull the chassis sideways under load.
