At 4.6 N/mm, these Moose springs run firmer than stock — aimed at heavier riders, kit-loaded enduro setups, or anyone bottoming forks on big hits. They drop straight into 41mm tubes on Beta RR 125 and 250, KX 250 and RM-Z 250. Stock rates are calibrated for a featherweight test rider in dry kit. Add a fuel-loaded bike, body armour, hydration pack and a 90kg rider and the front end sits low in its travel, blowing through the mid-stroke. A correct rate holds the chassis up, keeps geometry honest into corners and stops the forks packing down under heavy braking. Swap them as a pair, set sag, recheck oil height.
