Moose pitches this set at heavier riders or anyone running luggage and a tool roll. 4.4 N/mm is firmer than the stock CRF/KX rate, so the fork stops diving into the mid-stroke under hard braking into off-camber turns. Fit them, set 35mm static sag, then dial rider sag to 100mm with the preload caps. The 43.5mm tube spec covers late-model CRF 250 R, CRF 450 R, KLX 450 R, and the KX 125 L two-stroke. Swap fork oil while the legs are apart. Cheap insurance against a blown seal six weeks in.
