Pop the dust seals first, fish the oil seals out with a hook, then drop these straight in. Kit covers both fork legs, so you're not buying twice. The 31mm size is a giveaway you've got something on the smaller end of the scale — vintage Honda CB and CL 175s through to the current little CRFs the kids thrash about on. Get the legs properly clean before reassembly, a bit of fork oil on the lip helps them seat without nicking, and torque the cap bolts back to spec. Sorted in an evening with a basic seal driver.
