The Moose Offroad FORK AND DUST SEAL KIT 45MM, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
These seals manage the interface between your fork sliders and stanchions. They are the primary barrier against oil leaks and internal contamination. High-hour bikes or those ridden in heavy mud often suffer from weeping seals. This kit provides the necessary components to refresh one set of 45mm forks. During the rebuild, check the bushings for wear to ensure the seals sit square. Clean the seal grooves thoroughly to prevent premature failure. Using a high-quality fork oil during the service will complement the new seals. Restoring this seal prevents oil from contaminating your brake pads.
