What it is
The Moose Offroad FORK BUSHING KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Fork bushings are the sliding surfaces inside your forks. Inner and outer bushes ride against the stanchion and the lower; their Teflon coating takes the load every time the front end compresses. Once that coating wears through to brass, you get stiction at small movements and vague feel on the brakes. Always replace bushes when you do seals — running new seals against worn bushes shreds them inside a season. Fits the big spread of mid-2000s KTM 2T and 4T enduro and motocross forks, plus the 950 Adventure twins and the Husaberg FE/FS singles on shared chassis. Clean the legs before assembly. Use a proper bushing driver, not the old seal.
