What it is

The Moose Offroad FORK BUSHING KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Fork bushings ride inside the tubes and guide the stanchion through its stroke. The low-friction coating wears thin over hours, friction climbs, and play creeps into the front end, which then chews seals early. A full set: inner and outer bushings for both legs, matched to OEM dimensions. Standard fare on any proper fork service, so do them while the legs are apart rather than going back in twice. Check the stanchions for nicks first and drive the bushings home with the right tool. Fits a wide span of KTM and Husqvarna EXC, FC, FE and FX models.
