Job is straightforward with the right seal driver and a clean bench; budget an evening per leg if you've not done it before. Fits the current-gen Showa SFF and twin-chamber forks on Honda CRF, Kawasaki KX, Suzuki RM-Z, Husqvarna and Sherco. Service interval is rider-dependent, but if the forks are weeping oil down the lowers or the action's gone harsh off the top, you're already overdue.
