Mid-weight adult MX rate. 4.6 N/mm is what most riders land on once the stock springs have sagged out and the bike rides low through the stroke. Fit these and the front end carries height through braking bumps, holds the line in ruts, and stops diving on heavy stops. Worth pulling the forks while you're in there — drop the oil, check oil height against your manual, and have a proper look at the bushings before they score the tubes. Match the rate to your kit-on weight. Too soft bottoms harshly. Too stiff deflects.
