What it is

Moose Offroad front sprocket 14T to fit Honda CRF150F (2003–2009, 2012–2017); Honda CRF230F (2004–2009, 2012–2017, 2019); Honda XR250L (1991–1996); Honda XR250R (1988–1995).

This steel part fits onto the engine countershaft to drive the chain. It is a critical wear item that requires inspection for hooked teeth or thinning profiles. Mud and grit accelerate wear on the splines and teeth. Always check your chain tension after fitting to avoid putting excessive load on the gearbox bearings. If you are maintaining the standard gear ratio, this part provides a direct replacement for the factory unit. It is best practice to fit a new part when installing a fresh chain. Secure the fastener with the correct lock washer.
