A bar-mounted kill switch for the Yamaha YZ and YZ-F line, including the 250 F and 450 F four-strokes. It earths the ignition to cut spark on demand, the safety cut-out tracks expect and the quickest way to stop a runaway engine. Moose build it to OEM spec on a simple two-wire connection, so it patches into the standard loom without rework. If the bike won't spark or won't die, the switch is the first suspect after years of jet-washing corrode the contacts. Fit it on the left clamp and route the lead behind the headstock, clear of any pinch point.
