What it is

The Moose Offroad MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, levers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A spongy lever or a weep at the master cylinder usually means the seals have gone. This kit puts that right. Inside you get the piston, return spring, and the rubber seals that wear as grit and heat break them down, bleeding off pressure at the bar. It's cut for the Beta RR bore specifically, across the two-stroke 125s up to the 350 and the big four-stroke RRs, so the piston seats square. Clean the housing through with brake cleaner first, then coat the new seals in fresh fluid before you push them home so they don't nick on the way in.
