The Moose Offroad OFFROAD CLUTCH STEEL PLATES, clutch. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

These steel drive plates sit between the friction plates in your clutch pack. They are responsible for dissipating heat and providing a flat surface for engagement. Replace these if they show signs of blueing, heat spots, or warping. Warped steels cause the clutch to drag and make finding neutral difficult. These are a direct replacement for the factory plates. Always check them for flatness on a glass surface before fitting. Replacing steels alongside frictions ensures a complete refresh and prevents premature wear on your new components.
