Moose's fuel-tap rebuild kit for the Honda CRF 250R, 250X and 450X. The petcock controls flow from tank to carb, and the small rubber seals inside take a beating from ethanol in modern fuel. Tired seals weep at the lever or stop the tap shutting off, which floods the float bowl on a bike left standing. The kit holds the model-specific O-rings, gaskets and fixings. Empty the tank, remove the tap, clean the mounting surface for a flush seat, then fit the new parts. A few quid against a fuel leak on the workbench floor.
