This Moose kit reseals the fuel tap on the late CRF 450R and the electric-start CRF-E 450R. The petcock feeds the carb off the tank base, and its internal rubber doesn't last forever against ethanol-blended pump fuel. Perished seals show as fuel weeping past the lever or a tap that keeps flowing when shut. You get the correct O-rings, gaskets and screws for the model. Drain the tank, take the tap off, clean the sealing face and rebuild. Sort it the moment you spot a damp patch, before fuel works its way onto frame paint or pools in the airbox.
