Carbed KTMs of the EGS and EXC era run a manual tap, and the internals give up long before the tank does. Perished seals weep at the lever or let fuel past in the off position, flooding the carb overnight. This kit renews the O-rings and valve seals with rubber that tolerates ethanol-blend pump fuel. Covers the two-strokes from the 125 up to the 380 and the four-stroke EXCs up to the 520. Drain the tank, pull the tap, rebuild it on the bench. Half an hour, no new tap.
