What it is

The Moose Offroad REPAIR KIT MSTR CYL, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Internal seals and piston for the Honda master cylinder, matched to OEM dimensions. Old fluid and absorbed moisture perish the rubber cups; the lever goes vague and pressure drops off mid-corner. This kit rebuilds the bore rather than forcing a new cylinder on you. Broad Honda spread, from the CR 125 R and CR 250 R two-strokes through the CRF 250 and CRF 450 four-stroke line including the 450 L and RWE. Clean the bore properly before assembly, lube the cups with fresh fluid, then bleed the circuit through. Cheap insurance against a dead lever on race day.
