The Moose Offroad Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line, brake lines. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Standard rubber hoses expand under pressure. This causes a spongy lever and inconsistent braking during hard enduro or fast MX laps. This braided line eliminates that swell. It sits between your master cylinder and caliper. It is a direct replacement for OEM part 800078164. The stainless steel outer protects against rock strikes and trail debris. When fitting, ensure you use fresh crush washers on the banjo bolts. Route the line carefully to avoid snagging on the fork guards or swingarm. Bleed the circuit thoroughly to remove all air for a firm, predictable bite.
