What it is

Moose Offroad rear stainless steel braided brake line to fit Kawasaki KLX 230 R S (2021–2023); Kawasaki KLX 230 S ABS (2022–2023); Kawasaki KLX230 (2021–2023); Kawasaki KLX230ABS (2020–2021); Kawasaki KLX230R (2020–2023).

Standard rubber hoses expand under pressure. This causes a spongy lever and inconsistent feel during a long moto. These reinforced hoses eliminate that expansion. You get a firm, predictable bite point every time you reach for the lever. The construction resists trail debris and impact damage more effectively than stock rubber. Fitment is model-specific for your bike to ensure correct length and banjo bolt alignment. Always use new crush washers to ensure a tight seal. Route the hose through the existing guides to prevent rubbing against the fork leg or swingarm. Bleed the circuit thoroughly after installation to remove all air.
