Push-pull throttle cable set for the KX 250 F and RM-Z 250 four-strokes. Crosses to OEM 54012-0119, 54012-0138, K5401-20119 and K5401-20138. The dual-cable layout gives a positive close as well as open, which matters on a high-strung 250F where a sticky return between corners is a real problem. Stiff action through the grip almost always means a frayed inner. Route well clear of the exhaust header and sharp frame edges, set the free-play, then check for binding lock-to-lock with the engine off. Fit a set during a top-end and forget about it.
