What it is

Connects the clutch perch to the actuator arm at the engine casing. Made to Kawasaki OEM 54011-0019 spec, it fits both the KX 250 F and the Suzuki RM-Z 250 as a direct replacement. Cables stretch and fray at the barrel ends over time, and a heavy lever pull is the usual tell that the inner wire is dragging in its housing. A new one restores a clean, light feel. Follow the factory routing to keep the line off exhaust heat and away from kinking at full lock, then reset free-play at the perch.
