Throttle cable for the KTM and Husqvarna two-stroke and small-bore four-stroke range, from the SX 125 and TC 125 up through the 300 EXC and TX 300. It cross-references OEM 50402091000, 50402091200 and 50502091000. Once dirt and moisture get into the housing the inner wire frays and the return goes sluggish, which you feel as a notched, heavy grip. Follow the factory routing so it clears the frame at full lock, lube the inner, set the free-play, and check a clean snap-back before the first lap.
