This throttle sleeve serves as a direct replacement for several OEM parts, including Yamaha and Kawasaki fitments. It is the core component inside your throttle housing that allows the grip to rotate. Impact damage or dirt ingress often leads to a sticky or notched throttle feel. Replacing a worn sleeve is a standard part of a cockpit refresh. Ensure the handlebar surface is smooth and clean before installation. Check that the cable ends seat correctly in the sleeve bobs to prevent binding during operation.
