Titan trades the brittle stock plastic tube for a material that takes a crash without shattering. It seats inside the throttle housing and gives the right grip its mounting point. The low-friction surface keeps the action clean when dust gets into everything. Cross-references OEM 46019-0041, 5BE-26243-00-00 and 5TJ-26240-C0-00, among others. Fit it when the original is scored or cracked from a get-off. Check the housing for burrs before you slide it onto the bar.
