§ 02 / About this part
What it is
The MOTO-MASTER BRAKE CALIPER RELOCATION BRACKET 270mm, calipers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
This bracket relocates your front caliper to accommodate an oversized 270mm disc. It is machined from billet aluminium for rigidity under heavy braking. Standard lugs are positioned for stock rotors, so this offset is essential for modern MX setups. It bolts directly to the fork leg. Use thread lock on the mounting bolts during installation. This part is specific to your bike model and fork manufacturer. It maintains correct pad sweep across the larger friction surface. Rigidity here prevents caliper twist and uneven pad wear. Check your clearance against the spokes before riding.
