What it is

This floating rotor allows the outer ring to expand under heat without warping the carrier. It sits on the front hub to provide maximum stopping power for MX or enduro. The flame pattern clears the pad surface while increasing the leading edge for better bite. Floating pins allow for slight lateral movement to compensate for fork flex or heat expansion. This keeps the brake lever feel consistent throughout a long moto. Check the float pins for play during your regular service intervals. Fit new pads to maximise the contact patch and ensure even wear.
