This floating rotor features a black carrier and is designed for the front hub. The floating action prevents the disc from warping when it gets hot on long descents or heavy braking zones. The flame pattern vents heat and clears grit to protect your pads. Replace your standard disc with this unit if you experience brake fade during races. Check the bobbins regularly for wear. It provides a more stable braking surface than a fixed disc. Use a fresh set of pads to ensure a proper bed-in process.
