What it is

Moto-master front sprocket 415 10T to fit Gas Gas MC-E5 (2022–2024); Gas Gas MC50 (2021–2023); Husqvarna EE5 (2020–2024); Husqvarna TC50 (2017–2023); KTM SX 50 MINI (2010–2023); KTM SX-E5 (2019–2026); KTM SX50 (2009–2012, 2014–2023).

This 10T sprocket is designed for 50cc or 65cc bikes using the 415 chain pitch. It sits on the countershaft and is critical for managing the high-revving power of small-bore engines. Because of the very small diameter, this sprocket wears faster than any other drivetrain component. Inspect the teeth for hooking after every few rides. When fitting, ensure the output shaft is clean and the sprocket is secured with the correct circlip. Replacing this part frequently is essential to prevent chain failure and protect the gearbox output shaft from unnecessary vibration or load.
