What it is

Moto-master front sprocket 520 12T to fit Honda CR250R (1988–2007); Honda CR500R (1988–2001); Honda CRF250R (2022–2027); Honda CRF250RX (2022–2027); Honda CRF450R (2002–2026); Honda CRF450RL (2021–2022); Honda CRF450RWE (2019–2026); Honda CRF450RX (2017–2026); Honda CRF450X (2005–2021, 2025–2026).

Machined from case-hardened chromoly steel, this 12T sprocket is built for high-torque applications in technical terrain. It sits on the countershaft and provides a shorter gear ratio for better low-end response. Front sprockets wear faster than rear ones due to the smaller circumference and higher rotation speed. Replace this part if you see any hooking to maintain drivetrain efficiency. Ensure the splines are clean and the sprocket is locked down with a fresh tab washer. Check your chain tension after fitting, as the 12T size changes the chain's path over the swingarm slider.
