What it is

Moto-master front sprocket 520 14T to fit Honda CR250R (1988–2007); Honda CR500R (1988–2001); Honda CRF250R (2022–2027); Honda CRF250RX (2022–2027); Honda CRF450R (2002–2026); Honda CRF450RWE (2019–2026); Honda CRF450RX (2017–2026); Honda CRF450X (2015–2018, 2025–2026).

This 14T sprocket mounts to the gearbox output shaft to provide a taller gear ratio, ideal for faster flowing tracks or desert-style racing. The hardened steel construction ensures it can handle the power of modern four-stroke or high-revving two-stroke engines. Monitor the tooth profile for hooking, which indicates the part has reached the end of its service life. Always replace the front sprocket when fitting a new chain to ensure the pitch matches perfectly. Torque the countershaft nut to the manufacturer's specification and use a fresh locking tab to prevent it from backing off.
