What it is

Moto-master front sprocket 520 15T to fit Honda CR250R (1988–2007); Honda CR500R (1988–2001); Honda CRF250R (2022–2027); Honda CRF250RX (2022–2027); Honda CRF450R (2002–2026); Honda CRF450RWE (2019–2026); Honda CRF450RX (2017–2026); Honda CRF450X (2015–2018, 2025–2026).

This 15T sprocket is designed for bikes requiring a much taller final drive, often used in supermoto or high-speed rally applications. It sits on the gearbox output shaft and requires sufficient clearance behind the ignition cover or case saver. The hardened steel teeth provide maximum durability against the high chain speeds associated with larger sprockets. Inspect for side-wear and hooking at every service interval. When installing, ensure the sprocket is seated fully on the splines before torquing the nut. A new chain should always be fitted alongside this sprocket to prevent premature drivetrain failure.
