What it is

The POLISPORT AIRBOX COVER SX/SXF/EXC/EXCF 2, side panels. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This cover closes off the airbox, keeping mud, spray and roost out of the intake while the filter still gets its air. It locates on the standard housing points and sits flat against the rear panel. Knee braces and boot heels grind away at it, and once it warps or splits the seal around the filter rim is gone and dirt finds its way in. Cut to OEM dimensions for the KTM SX, SX-F, EXC and EXC-F models, two-stroke and four, it swaps straight for a scuffed factory cover. Cheap insurance for the top end.
