What it is

The POLISPORT AIRBOX COVER SX/SXF/EXC/EXCF 2, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Polisport's replacement airbox cover for the current SX, SX-F, EXC and EXC-F platform. It seals the filter rim against mud and roost while keeping the intake breathing. Mounts to the standard airbox points, no trimming. A cracked or warped cover lets grit past the filter edge, and that ends up in the carb or throttle body, so it earns its keep on a winter race bike. Boots and braces scuff this panel raw over a season. Moulded to factory dimensions for a flush seat against the rear side panels. A clean swap for tired OEM plastic.
