What it is

Wraps the axle lug at the base of the fork leg, where stones, ruts and log strikes chew the casting. Polisport mould these in the same plastic as their fender range, so the white holds up to roost and pressure-wash cycles without going chalky. Fits the YZ125 and YZ250 two-strokes plus the YZ250F and YZ450F four-strokes — check your year against the fitment list, as Yamaha kept the lower-leg profile stable for long runs. Mounts on the existing axle pinch bolts. Cheap insurance against gouging a fork bottom that costs ten times the part.
