What it is

The POLISPORT CLUTCH COVER SXF23- EXC24 BK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Clamps over the right-side clutch cover, the casing most exposed to boot rub, roost and rock strikes. Covers the 23-on KTM and Husqvarna SX-F/FC fours plus the EXC and TE/TX TBI two-strokes. Takes the abrasion that would otherwise gouge the original case, and shrugs off clutch heat without going soft or cracking. Goes on over the OEM cover, so no oil drain and no pulling the primary side apart. The point of it is simple: a punctured case ends a race, a guard doesn't. Worth it on enduro and hare and hounds where the right side eats everything.
