What it is

The POLISPORT CVR FORK CRF250/450 19 RD, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Lower-leg covers for the 2019-on CRF250R, CRF250RX, CRF450R, CRF450RX and CRF450RWE running the 49mm Showa coil-spring fork. Bolts to the existing fork lug mounts using OEM hardware. The job of the part is simple: keep roost, gravel and crash debris off the slider so the stanchion chrome stays clean and the seal lip never sees grit. A pitted slider eats fork seals in one ride. Brake-line and ABS-sensor channels are moulded in. Wipe the slider before fitting, snug the bolts evenly, and thread-lock if the bike sees stadium-style hard landings.
