What it is

The POLISPORT DISC&FORK PROT GGAS BK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This guard wraps the front brake disc and the lower fork lugs, taking rock strikes before they reach the alloy. On rocky enduro the lower fork lugs and axle clamps wear fast without cover, and a holed disc ends a ride. The unit combines disc and fork protection in one piece, mounting at the bottom of the front suspension. Fitment is tied to the axle diameter, so it is cut for the Gas Gas EC and XC models listed. Worth fitting before technical terrain rather than after the damage is done.
