The POLISPORT FORK COVER SX/SXF 23- / EXC/EX, fork guards. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Bolts to the lower fork lugs on the current-gen SX/SXF (23-on) and matching EXC/EXC-F chassis, sitting over the WP XACT 48mm lowers. The job is simple: take the roost hit so the stanchion doesn't. A chipped or pitted upper tube means the seal lip rides a burr every stroke, and you'll be chasing weep marks within a few hours. Inspect the mounting tabs and the inner shield face at every fork-oil service. Replace as a pair if either side shows cracking, deep gouging, or a tab that's gone soft from UV. Fit during a seal change and you've protected the rebuild.
