Lower-leg fork guards for the KX 250 F and KX 450 F running the 48mm Showa SFF/SFF-Air front end. They clip onto the outer slider and bolt through the existing brake-line tab, so no new hardware needed. The job is keeping roost, flint and chain fling off the slider face — once that anodised surface gets pitted, the next set of fork seals lasts about an afternoon. Check the brake-line guide routes inside the lug, not pinched against the plastic. Swap them out when the leading edge starts to feather or you see hairline cracks around the upper mount.
