What it is

The POLISPORT FORK GUARDS BETA BLACK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Sacrificial plastic over the lower fork legs. Beta's RR and Xtrainer line runs Sachs or KYB closed-cartridge forks depending on year, and a sharp flint in a Welsh quarry section will gouge the slider long before you notice. The Polisport shell takes that hit. Black plastic, model-specific moulding, bolts to the existing lug bosses with stock hardware. Fits the RR 125 through RR 498 and both Xtrainer 250 and 300 variants, including LC and EFI revisions. Swap them when they crack, scuff through to the substrate, or whenever you strip the bike for a top-end. Cheaper than a fork seal job.
