Cosmetic and structural cover for the lower fork legs on the KX 250 F and KX 450 F. Polisport injection-mould the shells to follow Kawasaki's stock lug geometry, so they bolt to the OEM mounting points without spacer shims or trimmed tabs. Roost off a hardpack start gate is what kills bare lower tubes — one chipped edge and the seal lip starts weeping on the next moto. The guard wears that hit instead. Refresh them when the leading edge frays or a crash punches a corner through. Front brake line clip routes through the guide on the left-hand side.
