What it is

The POLISPORT FORK GUARDS RED, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Polisport's injection-moulded plastic, model-specific to the Beta RR and Xtrainer two-stroke and four-stroke range from RR 125 up to RR 498. Bolts to the existing fork-lug points on the lower sliders — no drilling, no zip ties. Job of the part is simple: take the hits from flint, slate and woodland roost so your stanchion chrome stays unmarked. A pitted stanchion shreds the dust wiper, then the oil seal, then you're servicing forks mid-trail. Replace yours when the leading edge goes white-streaked or starts cracking around the bolt bosses. Standard fitment for the Beta enduro paddock.
