What it is

Bolt-on lower-leg protection for the YZ and YZ-F fork, plus the WR 250 R road-legal trail bike. Sits over the slider casting and takes the hit when stones launch off the front wheel at speed. A nick in the chrome stanchion will tear a fork seal inside a lap, and a seal weep on a YZ 250 F front end means a full strip to put right. These match the OEM mounting points on the Yamaha lower lugs and pick up the standard brake-line clip. Injection-moulded polypropylene, so they flex on impact rather than shatter.
